Cookies
Refusing costs you nothing.
Accept all and reject all are the same size, the same colour and one click apart. That is a requirement, and it is also the only honest way to ask.
What is actually stored on my device?
- Your bag contents and the state of forms you are part-way through, held in your browser's local storage. No identifier is sent to us. Cleared when you empty the bag or clear your browser.
- Your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every page. Stored for a maximum of 12 months, after which you are asked afresh.
- Only if you accept it. Aggregate page counts with no cross-site tracking and no profile built about you. Maximum 12 months.
- Only if you accept it separately. Never bundled with anything needed to place an order. Maximum 12 months.
What happens if I refuse everything?
Nothing changes
The advisor works. The bag works. Checkout works. You will not be asked again for twelve months, and you will not be shown a smaller, greyer version of the site for having said no.
Strictly necessary storage stays either way, because without it the bag would empty between pages. It contains no identifier and is never read by us.
How do I change my mind?
Reopen the control at any time. It is in the footer of every page, and it is here too:
You can also clear site data from your browser settings, which removes everything including the record of your choice.
Do you use third-party advertising or tracking?
No advertising networks, no social media pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no fingerprinting. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
Who regulates this?
The Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), whose cookie guidance this page follows. What we do with the data itself is on Privacidad, and anything unclear can go to support@oliverhats.live.
